Galvanized belt

Belts are metal strip-like products whose width is much greater than their thickness. One of the types of belts is galvanized belts. Generally, these belts are made of steel sheet with galvanized coating. Galvanized belts are used in different industries depending on the width and thickness. Two of the most widely used cases are in packing and strengthening UPVC doors and windows, which are listed separately in each group’s features below:

Since long-term sunlight (UV) rays can damage plastic (polymer) belts, this belt solves such problems with its special advantages.
One of the applications of galvanized belts is in the packaging of various products. Due to its high tensile strength, this type of belt can perform well in packing heavy and very heavy goods. In addition to packing and stabilizing heavy goods, this belt also performs well in packing goods with sharp edges and hard corners.

The most commonly used dimensions of these belts are given in the table above, but according to the equipment and facilities that Ebtekarsazeh Company has, it is possible to produce all kinds of these belts with widths and thicknesses (up to 1.5 mm) according to the customer’s order. The belts are packed in rolls and the weight of each roll is different depending on the thickness and cutting width and is determined according to the customer’s needs and orders.
